Courtland – Daniel Joseph Klapetzky, 86, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2019 in his home.  Daniel was a son of the late Daniel Francis and Gertrude Sullivan Klapetzky and was also predeceased by a sister Rita Kerrick and a brother Albert Klapetzky.  He was an Army Veteran and a retired Accounting Manager for General Electric with 35 years of service.  Daniel was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 65 years Lois Ann DeForge Klapetzky; two daughters Kathy Throne (Kevin) and Diane Pearson; three sons David Klapetzky (Nancy) and twins James and John Klapetzky; two sisters Joan Cline and Anne Lindenmayer; a brother John Klapetzky (Ursula); three grandchildren Kevin Blake (Sarah), Amanda Parrish (Steven), and Steven Throne (Kayo); and five great grandchildren Maggie and Jodie Parrish, Abigal Blake, and Melanie and Castile Throne.

A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held at 1 PM Saturday, June 1, 2019 in St. Jude Catholic Church with Father Charles Saglio officiating. The inurnment will be held Monday, June 3 at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veteran's Cemetery.  The family suggests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Catholic Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital.  www.wrightfuneralhome.org
