Courtland – Dana Lynn Musser, 76, passed away April 6, 2024 in Southside Regional Hospital.  Born in Minnesota, he was a son of the late Vernon Osborn Musser and Eva Jean Worthley Musser.   He was also predeceased by his wife, Evelyn Gillette Musser, and a son, Eric Musser.

Dana received a Bachelor's Degree from Bethel College in St. Paul, MN and was a Lab Director at Southampton Memorial Hospital and Greensville Memorial Hospital.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Heidi K. Gauss (Jeff); a step-daughter, Evelyn Drewry Bailey (Dave); a step-son, John Herman Drewry, IV; a sister, Cheryl Musser; two brothers, Doyle Musser (Becky) and Daryl Musser (Shawna); and ten grandchildren, Justus Gauss, Tranquil Gauss, Noble Gauss, Savannah Gauss, Elizabeth Gauss, Elizabeth Gauss, Brianna Gauss, Ginna Bailey, Byron Bailey, Natalie Bailey, and Garnett Bailey

Services will be private at a later date.  Memorial donations may be made to any favorite charity or your local blood drive.
