Courtland – Cynthia Mary "Cindy" Skora, 65, passed away May 25, 2023, in Sentara Norfolk Hospital.  Born in Appleton, Wisconsin, she was a daughter of the late Norman Van Den Wildenberg and Anita McKeever Van Den Wildenberg.  She was also predeceased by two sisters, Donna and Shirley, and a brother, Bobby.

Cindy enjoyed sewing and quilting.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 37 years, William Robert "Bill" Skora; a daughter, Melissa Ann Francis; a son, Jake Sander; a sister, Nancy Van Den Wildenberg; a daughter-in-law, Laura Charley (Roger); and eight grandchildren, Alexa, Domonic, Jaxon, Annabelle, Raleigh, Roark, Ramsey, and Drake.

Services will be held at a later date.  The family suggests memorial donations be made to the National Fibromyalgia Association (NFA), Birch Street, Suite 312, Newport Beach, CA 92660.
