Zuni – Clonie Dianne Barrett, 82, passed away January 19, 2026 in Southampton Memorial Hospital.  Born in Boykins on December 3, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Fletcher Charlie Francis, Sr. and Cora Smith Francis and was also predeceased by a brother, Charlie Francis, Jr., and a granddaughter, Christine Gabrielle Greene.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 64 years, W. Tyrone Barrett; a daughter, Wendy Danielle Burchett; four sons, Christopher Keith Barrett, William Todd Barrett, Daryl Kevin Barrett (Susan), and Marc Damian Barrett; nine grandchildren, Cory, Randy, Gina, Sierra, Bridgette, Renae, Haleigh, Olivia, and Shaniya; and six great grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2PM Thursday, January 29, 2026 in Wright Funeral Home with Pastor Dwayne Oliver officiating.  Burial will be private.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
