Franklin – Rosenda Agne "Cindy" Richardson, 68, died June 7, 2020 in her home with her family by her side.  Born in Chicago, IL, she was a daughter of the late John Garcia Agne and Dolores Dillon Agne.

Cindy received an Associate's Degree from Paul D. Camp Community College.  She was a self-employed tax preparer.

Survivors include her husband, Curtis Gene Richardson; her daughter Angela Garnett (Tim) of Lynchburg; her son Jason White (Cheryl) of Franklin; four sisters, Annette Majewski, Terry Fleming (Ron), Juana Stewart (Mark), and Tasia Agne (Harley); two brothers, John Agne (Roberta) and Douglas Morris; seven grandchildren, Gavin Ayers, J. C. White, Kelsi White, and Luke, McKinzie, Rachel, and Rebecca Garnett; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
