Chester - Christopher Alan Wise, 54, met his heavenly father on November 3, 2017. He was born in Franklin, Virginia to the late Marvin Ray Wise Sr. and Mary Brooks Wise.

Chris was a former employee of Union Camp Corp, was a former Lieutenant with the Driver Volunteer Fire Department in Suffolk, Va. and was the owner of Liberty Termite and Pest Control of Chester, Va.

Chris loved life and lived it to the fullest. He enjoyed boating, fishing, camping, the beach, karaoke and the Dallas Cowboys.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of eighteen years Crystal Gardner Wise, son CJ Wise, daughter Carmen Wise, brothers Marvin Wise (Geri), Larry Wise (Denise), sister Carolyn Cook (Troy), two mothers-in-law, two fathers-in-law, sister and brother- in- law, many nieces, nephews, friends and his dog Lexi.

Heaven truly gained an angel - we will treasure our memories of him forever.

A memorial service will be held at 1 PM Saturday November 11, 2017 in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin with Pastor Matthew Kidd officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
