Franklin  -  Christopher Kirby "Chris" Wise, 48, passed away January  1, 2021.  Chris was born in Elizabeth City, North Carolina and was a graduate of Franklin High School. He was predeceased by his father Louis Franklin Wise, Sr. and a niece Tammy Jo Russell Steinert.

One of Chris' favorite hobbies was going to the river with his Kingsdale friends.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Edna Rhodes Wise, sister, Linda W. Curle (Tim) of Edenton, N.C., brothers, Louis Franklin "Frankie" Wise, Jr. (Lorraine) of Burgaw, N.C.,  and Joseph Michael Wise of Courtland, nephews Phillip, Louis, and Jeffrey, great niece, Jessica, and great nephews, Jonathan, Bentley, and Jax, as well as, several aunts and uncles.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Southampton Memorial Park with the Rev. Dennis Pollock officiating.
