Havelock,NC- Christie Nicole Carr, 34, passed away May 10, 2016 at her home.

She leaves behind her father, David Wayne Carr, her mother, Karen Carroll Carr (Kent Cole), one daughter, Thaja Carr, two sons, Kee-sean Carr and Javon Ellison, one sister, Thaya Carr, one brother, John Paul Carr, paternal grandparents, John and Helen Carr, maternal grandmother, Faith Willey and many friends and extended family.

A funeral will be conducted at 1PM Monday, May 16, 2016 in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, VA with Rev. James Hill, Jr. and Rev. Carolyn Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Black Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 6 to 8PM.
