Franklin- Charles M. "Charlie" Warren, 72, passed away June 17, 2016 at home surrounded by his family. He was born in Murfreesboro, NC, and was a son of the late Charlie Harrell and Celene Chambers Warren. Charlie was a long time employee of James S. Green Contractor, Inc. and was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 52 years, Barbara Tomlin Warren;his eyeball and cherished daughter, Brittney Warren Curle, and husband, Jason; four sisters, Nancy B. Jones, Diane Whitmore and husband, Charlie, Ginger Sue Gardner and Connie W. Efird and husband, Toney; a brother, Dean Warren and wife, Mary Lee, and two beloved grandchildren, Nathan Charles Curle and Matthew Herrin Curle.
A funeral will be held 11 AM Monday in the chapel of Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Speight officiating. Burial will follow in Beaver Dam Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 -8:30 PM at the funeral home.
