Franklin – Cecilia Ochoa Roybal, 92, passed away April 24, 2019 in Southampton Memorial Hospital.  Born in Madrid, New Mexico, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Mary Sefuentes Ochoa.  Cecilia was also pre-deceased by her husband Pedro A. Roybal; a great grandchild Peanut; three sisters; and two brothers.  She was a Surgical Technician at Kaiser Hospital in Harbor City, CA and then worked in Environmental Services at Southampton Memorial Hospital.

Left to cherish her memory are two daughters Janie Church (James) and Mary Church all of Franklin; two sisters Terrie Hausemann of Missouri and Helen Avila of California; and a grandchild Megan Johnson (Dallas) of Suffolk.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, April 28, 2019, in Wright Funeral Home with Rev. James H. Hyatt, Jr. officiating.   The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
