Carrsville – Grace Caroline Cotton Ferguson Brock, 83, widow of Richard Henry Brock and Woodrow Ferguson, passed away on January 21, 2022 in her home.  Born and raised in Franklin, she was the daughter of the late Vernard Preston Cotton and Annie Laurie Darden Cotton.  She was also predeceased by a daughter, Jo Ferguson Jarratt, and two brothers, Thomas Redelle Cotton and Preston Darden Cotton.

Caroline was a 1955 graduate of Franklin High School and a retired office manager for Dr. Benjamin Goodman.  She was a member of Sycamore Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memory is two daughters, Veronica Ferguson and Janet F. Bulls (Ronnie); three sons, Woodrow Ferguson (Jean), Wayne Ferguson, and Kevin Ferguson (Karen); ten grandchildren, Jason, Laurie Ann, Nichole, Christopher, Sarah, Matthew, Katie, Kellie, Heather, and Michael; and 14 great grandchildren.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2PM Monday, January 24, 2022 in Poplar Spring Cemetery with Pastor Tracey Pugh officiating.  The family suggests that memorial donations be made to Sycamore Baptist Church.
