Franklin – Brenda Ward Bradshaw, 80, went to her eternal rest on February 3, 2025 in her home surrounded by her family.

Brenda was a graduate of Southampton High School and married the love of her life, Tres Bradshaw.  She was a devoted wife, daughter, sister, and aunt.  Most importantly, she was a woman of God – a devoted Christian.

Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Judith W. Wells (Tommy), a host of nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog Abby.  She was predeceased by her parents, Beecher Henry Ward, Jr. and Mildred Scott Ward; her husband, Elmer "Tres" Bradshaw; her brothers, Charles H. Ward and James H. Ward; her nephews, C. H. Ward, Jr and Thomas Ward.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 6 to 7:30PM at The Village at Woods Edge in the lobby.  Burial will be private.  The family would like to thank Brenda's caregivers, Ida Vaughan, Carolyn Cross, and all of Gentiva Hospice.  Memorial donations may be made to Bernie's Book Bank, 917 N. Shore Dr., Lake Bluff, IL 60044.
