Carrsville – Ernie William "Bill" Bradshaw, 73, passed away July 31, 2019 in Courtland Heath and Rehabilitation Center.  Born in Suffolk and reared in Windsor, he was the only child of the late Jacob Everette and Alice Butler Bradshaw.  Bill was a graduate of Windsor High School and Elon College.  He loved music and played the guitar.

Left to cherish his memory are a daughter Jennifer Boykin (Volpe) of Carrsville; a son Jake Bradshaw (Erika) of Wake Forest, NC; and three grandchildren Jacob Bradshaw, Sadie Holloman, and Ella-Rose Bradshaw.

At his request, Bill has donated his body to the Virginia State Anatomical Program.  Services will be private. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
