Sedley –Beverly Ann Pond Branche, 85, passed away June 20, 2024 in Bon Secours Maryview Hospital surrounded by her family.  Born in Franklin on September 2, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Lee Pond and Adele Booth Pond.  She was also predeceased by her husband Patrick Elmore Branche; a son, Joseph Patrick "Joey" Branche; and a sister, Jeanne P. Winslow.

Beverly was a graduate of Courtland High School and was a retired office manager at S. W. Rawls, Inc. with 25 plus years of service.  Prior to that, she was a former office manager and tax preparer for Peak, Drescher and Whitfield.  Beverly was a life-long member of Sedley Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Kimberly Anne Branche Tucker and Kelly Michelle Branche Bailey; a sister, Sandra Pond Perschetz (Charles); four grandchildren, Brenna Tucker (Austin), Dillon Tucker, Ashley Mobley (Terry), and Robert Bailey, IV (Kristen); and six great grandchildren, Caroline, Adeline, Courtney, Darron (Katelyn), Winnie, and Lucy; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11AM Monday, June 24, 2024 in Wright Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Foreman officiating.  Burial will follow the service in Rosemont Cemetery.  The family will receive family and friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home and suggests that memorial donations be made to Sedley Baptist Church or Sedley Volunteer Fire Department.  A gathering of family and friends will follow the graveside in Sedley Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
