Franklin – Beatrice Story Daniel, 89, died October 18, 2008. She was born in Branchville, the daughter of the late Ernest Thomas and Lula Davis Story. Mrs. Daniel was predeceased by husbands, Percy C. Tyler, Joe L. Thompson, and Rev. Chesley Venable Daniel; and brothers, E. Seldon Story, Leon O. Story, and Norwood P. Story. Mrs. Daniel served as a loyal and faithful servant to the members of All Saints Church in Sunderland, MD, as she supported her husband in his ministry. She was a graduate of Fleet Business School in Annapolis, MD, and was a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church.
Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Angela Tyler Bodnar and husband, Andrew, of Millersville, MD; Maureen Roan and husband, Christopher, of Florida; one son, Ernest Tyler and friend, Paula Wagner, of Annapolis, MD; two brothers, W. T. "Bill" Story of Nags Head, NC and L.W. Story of Richmond; eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 am Friday at Emmanuel Episcopal Church with Rev. Edmund Pickup officiating. Interment will follow in Beechwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to either Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Franklin or All Saints Church in Sunderland. Wright Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
