Beatrice S. Bryant

Franklin – Beatrice Caroline Bryant, 81, widow of Felton Franklin Bryant, Sr. passed away March 22, 2007. Born in Wood County, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late William L. and Starine Roe Swartz. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.
A devoted wife and mother, Mrs. Bryant left to cherish her memory her three daughters, Nancy B. Kriigel and husband, Dennis, of Courtland, Linda B. DeYarmon of Norfolk and Dianne B. Milner and husband, Rick, of Norfolk; two sons, Felton F. Bryant, Jr. of Williamsburg and William D. Bryant, Sr. of Raleigh, NC; brother, Bernard Swartz and wife, Edna, of Georgetown, Fl.; five grandchildren, John Byrd and wife, Teresa, Donna Blythe and husband, Mike, Paul Byrd, Dawn Kriigel, William Bryant, Jr. and six great- grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Buchholz officiating. Interment will follow in Southampton Memorial Park. The family will receive friends today from 3 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home and suggests memorials be made to Grace Lutheran Church, 25280 New Market Road, Courtland, VA 23837.
