Sedley – Barbara Anne Owen, 82, went to her Heavenly Home on July 23, 2011. She was born in Sedley, the daughter of the late Russell Wright and Mary Councill Owen. She was retired from the Virginia Conference of the Methodist Church and the Virginia Department of the Treasury, and was a member of Reveille United Methodist Church in Richmond.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 pm Monday, July 25, 2011 at Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. Rita Kanten officiating. Interment will follow at Poplar Spring Cemetery.
