Zuni – Barbara Fowler Forbes, 75, widow of Millard Forbes, passed away July 6, 2012. Mrs. Forbes was a daughter of the late Norfleet and Martha "Mattie" Boyce Fowler and was predeceased by three brothers, James, Carroll and Floyd Fowler. She was retired from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and was a Baptist.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Richard Lawrence Forbes and Ronald Boyce Forbes and two sisters, Virginia F. Galtress and Jean F. Price.
A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin with Rev. Sharon James officiating. www.wrightfuneralhome.org.
