Virginia Beach – Barbara Clary Babb, 76, passed away November 9, 2021, in her home.  Born in Suffolk, raised in Boykins, and a longtime resident of Courtland, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Percival "L.P." Clary, Jr. and Jacqueline Gray "GiGi" Clary.

Barbara was a graduate of Southampton High School and Averett College.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving partner, Mark Allen of Virginia Beach; son, Christopher Clary Babb (Rachel Vincitore) of Virginia Beach; two grandchildren, Kala Nicole Babb and Aaron Christopher Babb; aunt, Bettie Gray Allen (Irving) of Virginia Beach; uncle, Hugh Gray (Nather) of South Carolina; and many other loving family and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held at 3PM Monday, November 15, 2021, in Beechwood Cemetery in Boykins.  The family will receive friends from 1 to 2PM prior to the service in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, and suggests that memorial donations be made to any favorite charity.
