Franklin – Ann Savage Parker, 88, widow of Ernest Elvin Parker, Jr., passed away December 21, 2021 in her home with family by her side.   Born in Norfolk on October 31, 1933, she was the daughter of the late William Wiginton Savage, Sr. and Cynthia Duval Savage.

Ann was a graduate of Great Bridge High School and a member of the VFW Post #4411 Ladies Auxiliary.

Left to cherish her memory is two daughters, Troi Parker of Franklin and Robin Ellis (Ray) of Zuni; a son, Kenneth Parker (Debra) of Chesapeake; a brother, William Savage (Dorothy) of Chesapeake; four grandchildren, Erica Holt, Shelby Popp, Dustin Atkins, and Trenton Parker; and ten great grandchildren.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10 AM Monday, December 27, 2021 in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk.  The family suggests that memorial donations be made to any favorite charity.
