Courtland – Andrew Edmund "Andy" Ellis, 47, passed away July 30, 2018. Andy was born in Nassawadox, VA and was a lifelong resident of Southampton County. He was a graduate of Southampton High School and Paul D. Camp Community College. Andy was a former draftsman with Narricot Industries and enjoyed cooking and was very good at it.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents Rev. Edmund Ellis and Joy Johnson Ellis of Courtland; his brother Lee Warner Ellis (Faye) of Newport News; two nieces Rachael E. Morse and Sarah E. Brazzale; and a nephew Scott Ellis.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 6-8 PM Wednesday, August 1, 2018 in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to any favorite charity. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
