Franklin – Allene Wadsworth Parker, 90, passed away June 6, 2020 in the East Pavilion. Mrs. Parker was born in Goldsboro, NC and was a daughter of the late John Sinkler Wadsworth and Edna Taylor Wadsworth. She was also predeceased by her husband Ramon Emmett Parker.

Allene was a member of Courtland United Methodist Church, Franklin Women's Club and AARP Club.

Left to cherish her memory is a sister Evelyn Brady of Durham, NC, a brother J.C. Wadsworth (Alma) of Pittsboro, NC and two nephews.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 1 PM Monday, June 8, 2020 at Magnolia Cemetery, Magnolia, NC with Rev. Jerry Sheffield officiating.
