Franklin – Alfred Herbert Marshall, Jr., 64, passed away April 30, 2014. He was born in Portsmouth, a son of the late Alfred Herbert and Jeanette Ellis Marshall and was a retired dairy farmer.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 38 years, Brenda Saunders Marshall; two daughters, Amy M. Salvitti and husband, Matthew, of Franklin and Wendy Gail Marshall of Courtland; a sister, Rebecca M. Fowler of Franklin; a brother, Rodney V. Marshall and his wife, Sharyl, of Elmira, NY and his one little special grandchild, Alexis Nicole Salvitti.

The funeral service will be held at 3 PM Sunday, May 4, at Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. Curtis Faison officiating. Burial will follow at Southampton Memorial Park.
