Franklin – Albert Cleveland Phillips, Jr., 52, passed away October 1, 2020 in his home.  Born on September 16, 1968 in Chesapeake, he is predeceased by his father, Albert Cleveland Phillips, Sr.

Albert was a graduate of Western Branch High School and a mechanic for Starr Motors in Suffolk for 17 years.  He enjoyed hunting and woodworking.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 24 years, Stacey Belvin Phillips; his mother, Sandra Phillips of Chesapeake; a daughter, Brooke Annamarie Phillips of Franklin; a son, Briar James Phillips (Destiny) of Franklin; and a sister Holly Fowler (Gene) of Smithfield.
